Arbitration Award in Favour of Galfar

Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG would like to inform its shareholders and investors that, on 30 September 2026, the Company received the final award issued by the arbitral tribunal in the arbitration proceedings conducted under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) between Petrofac E&C Oman (Claimant) and Galfar (Respondent).

The arbitration relates to disputes and claims arising from subcontract agreements entered into between the parties in connection with the Salalah LPG Project.

Under the final award, the net amount awarded in favour of Galfar is US$18,930,469 (approximately OMR 7.29 million).

The Company will take the necessary legal steps in relation to the enforcement and recovery of the amounts awarded in its favor.
